Description
Ekco is seeking a Level 2 EUC Engineer to support a large-scale enterprise device migration and workplace transformation programme in a highly regulated pharmaceutical GMP environment. The role provides Level 2 support for EUC devices and applications, assists with application readiness, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, onboarding, software updates, incident and change management, application validation, user acceptance, hardware replacement, and vendor coordination. The position requires enterprise EUC and application support experience, Windows and endpoint expertise, familiarity with Microsoft technologies and ITSM tools, and strong troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills.
