Description
The IT Technician provides first-line technical support to MONTONI’s users and maintains computer equipment, networks, software, and IT assets. The role includes configuring workstations and peripherals, managing equipment for hiring and onboarding/offboarding, documenting solutions, maintaining inventories, supporting meeting rooms and construction-site equipment, and traveling to construction sites as needed. Candidates need a DEC/AEC in computer science or a related field, at least three years of end-user support experience, proficiency with Windows, Microsoft 365, and Azure, and French-English bilingual communication.
