ALTEN Sénégal is hiring a Level 2 Network Support Technician in Dakar to handle ADSL and FTTH access incidents, VoIP and IPTV services, customer complaints, incident diagnosis and resolution, ticket qualification, incident tracking, and support for customer service and field teams. The role also includes leading a team of technicians and implementing operating procedures. Candidates need a two- or three-year post-secondary degree in networks and telecommunications or computer science, advanced French, and are accepted as entry-level or with up to one year of experience; telecommunications experience is advantageous.
