Description
The Level 2 Network Administrator provides advanced network monitoring, troubleshooting, incident remediation, and proactive response in a 24×7 NOC environment. The role handles escalations from Level 1, supports routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers, owns Level 2 tickets, maintains network documentation, and trains Level 1 analysts. It requires a BA/BS degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination, strong network troubleshooting and monitoring experience, ability to work rotating swing shifts, and U.S. citizenship and residency.
