The successful candidate will handle technical issues end-to-end, troubleshoot various Microsoft products like Windows, Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, and Azure, and contribute to projects. This is a pure Level 2 position requiring independent work, strong communication, and prior MSP experience. Candidates should reside near South County Dublin, possess a full Irish driving license and personal vehicle, and ideally hold relevant certifications.
