Description
The role operates and supports LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, Internet, VPN, and firewall infrastructure; provides Level 3 network support and onsite support for Hong Kong offices and sites; designs and implements network solutions for new offices, warehouses, and logistics projects; leads network upgrades and improvements; monitors performance, availability, and capacity; implements network security controls; collaborates with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Application, and Service Desk teams; manages vendors and service providers; and maintains network documentation, diagrams, and configurations while following change management and operational governance processes.
