Description
The Level 3 Security Operations Analyst leads security-event analysis and incident response, develops and tailors security tools, creates and implements SOAR incident-response runbooks, mentors colleagues, and communicates security improvements to customers. The role requires vocational training or a computer science degree, several years of security-operations experience, Microsoft infrastructure forensics knowledge, and familiarity with security technologies such as SOAR, EDR/EPP, SIEM, and NDR/IDS/IPS. The position offers flexible working hours and the option to work from home.
