Description
Regency High School is hiring an entry-level Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprentice to support pupils aged 11–19 with complex learning difficulties in a SEND classroom and wider school environment. The role assists teachers with lessons, assessments, learning programmes, behaviour, personal care, and safeguarding; monitors progress; and works with teachers, parents, and external professionals. The apprenticeship lasts 18 months, pays £8 per hour with an automatic increase after one year for 19+ year olds, and is based at Carnforth Drive, Worcester, Worcestershire.
