The employer is seeking an experienced Level 4 Senior Systems Engineer to provide technical leadership, advanced escalation support, solution architecture, and complex project delivery across Microsoft, cloud, networking, and security environments. The role supports managed services clients across Australia, leads infrastructure and cloud initiatives, mentors engineers, designs and optimises Microsoft 365 and enterprise networking environments, implements security controls and compliance frameworks, and acts as a trusted technical advisor to clients.
