Description
Blue Origin is hiring a Level 4 Harnessing and Packaging Engineer in its Blue National Security – Core Systems & Components Team within the In-Space Systems business unit. The role owns the design, integration, verification, manufacturability, and production transition of internal harnesses, cable assemblies, electronics enclosures, PCB/PCBA, and related packaging for the TeraWave flight product, taking designs from development builds into high-rate production. Responsibilities include DFM/DFA, CAD design and release, process and tooling development, supplier qualification, structural/thermal/vibration analysis, testing, and mentoring. The position requires a relevant bachelor’s degree, 8+ years of experience, U.S. export-control eligibility, and offers a Colorado base salary range of $144,179 to $201,849.90.
