Armstrong Watson is recruiting for its Start Ahead Early Careers programme, a six-year trainee pathway leading to Chartered Accountant or Chartered Tax Adviser status. The role provides a full salary, fully funded professional qualifications, client experience, and placements in regional offices in Glasgow, Carlisle, Newcastle, Leeds, or Manchester. Candidates need at least 96 UCAS points from A Levels or equivalent Level 3 qualifications, seven GCSEs or six National Fives at Grade 5 or above including Maths, English and a science, and must be at least 18 by 31 August 2027. Assessment centres are expected from late February onwards, with the programme commencing in September 2027; visa sponsorship is not available.
