The Production Operator operates manual and automated manufacturing equipment to produce and assemble products, meet production targets and cycle times, perform quality inspections, maintain equipment, and follow health, safety, and environmental procedures. The role requires direct supervision, teamwork, effective communication, and the ability to learn and adapt; minimal or no prior work experience is required, and the position may require licenses for export controls or sanctions compliance.
