Description
The Lateral Flow Production Analyst is an entry-level, non-exempt manufacturing role responsible for preparing and adjusting reagents, diluting antibiotics in raw milk or preparing grain samples, assembling and testing diagnostic components, documenting production data, bagging and labeling finished products, and updating standard operating procedures. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in biochemistry or a related field, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and strong attention to detail; lateral flow diagnostic manufacturing, GMP/GLP, and basic statistics experience are preferred. The role pays $22.50 to $32.00 per hour and requires physical work involving lifting, pipetting, fine adjustments, extended stationary periods, and exposure to low-temperature and low-humidity conditions.
