Description
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C) provides specialty mental health services at the Maryland Crisis Stabilization Center, including triage, diagnostic assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning, referrals, interdisciplinary collaboration, and coordination of patient transfers. The role also supervises LSSW, peer specialists, and intake specialists and maintains clinical documentation. Candidates must have an active Maryland LCSW-C license, at least three to five years of therapy experience with inner-city clients and trauma histories, and experience with diagnostic assessment, triage, and dually diagnosed populations.
