DPD is hiring a permanent LGV Driver for its Enfield, United Kingdom national transport operation. The role involves executing nationwide bulk collections and deliveries, managing trailer swaps and live loading and unloading, using GPS and digital tachographs, maintaining professional customer and dispatcher relations, conducting vehicle inspections, and driving safely. The position pays £17.91 per hour plus a £2.72 per hour night-rate premium and enhanced overtime, runs Sunday to Thursday, and requires a valid UK Class 1 (Category CE) licence, CPC card, digital tachograph card, and at least 12 months of Class 1 vehicle experience.
