Description
Chromalloy is hiring an LH Panel Operator to operate Vacuum Overlay Coating equipment and support the coating of aerospace components in a production environment. The role includes monitoring coating parameters, setting up charging chambers and tooling, operating equipment in manual and automatic modes, maintaining vacuum, water, air, and gas systems, performing routine maintenance, adjusting EB guns, and meeting quality and production requirements. The position is on the 4th shift from Friday through Sunday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., pays $31.55 per hour, and requires new hires to complete 90 days of 1st-shift training before transitioning to their assigned shift.
