The Liability Associate Claims Adjuster investigates, evaluates, negotiates, and resolves first-party automobile physical damage and third-party automobile and general liability property damage claims. The role reviews claim materials, interviews involved parties, analyzes coverage and liability, determines damages, manages claims through resolution, establishes reserves, negotiates settlements, maintains documentation, and identifies fraud indicators. It requires claims adjusting licenses in Florida, two years of relevant claims experience, strong investigative, analytical, and negotiation skills, and knowledge of Florida Sovereign Immunity law.
