Description
The Liaison Engineer at Kalitta Air is responsible for ensuring the use of approved data for aircraft maintenance, repair, and modification, obtaining regulatory approvals, evaluating repairs per 14 CFR, and revising maintenance programs based on federal regulations. The role involves developing engineering documentation, assisting in corrective action plans, providing 24/7 technical support, interfacing with various agencies, and supporting the integration of repairs for new and existing aircraft. Additionally, the engineer will update manuals, participate in industry groups, and develop product improvement modifications.
