Ål Municipality is seeking a Library Director to lead the professional and administrative work of Ål bibliotek, an open-access library in Ål kulturhus. The role oversees finances, budgeting, reporting, library development, stakeholder collaboration, and participation in daily operations, including some evening and weekend work. Candidates should have higher education in library science, cultural studies, or another relevant field, along with knowledge of literature, digital skills, and systems; management and library experience are desirable.
