Description
Scalda is hiring a Library Practice instructor/trainer to support new public-library employees through an elective training program. The role combines teaching classes on library services, collections, customer interaction, collaboration, and professional practice with coordinating the module, maintaining partner contacts, updating materials, overseeing examinations, assessing portfolios, instructing workplace supervisors, and improving the program. The position is based on a partnership between Scalda Next and public libraries in Zeeland, pays €3,500–€5,500 gross per month for a full-time 40-hour week, and begins in February 2027.
