Description
Maxx Designers is seeking a Licensed Architect to lead the design and development of commercial projects from schematic design through construction documents. The successful candidate will analyze client goals, develop thoughtful commercial environments using Revit, AutoCAD, and rendering tools, coordinate consultants, optimize workflows, review junior staff work, recommend value-engineered solutions, and benchmark against industry trends. This full-time position requires an active U.S. Architectural License and over five years of experience in commercial architecture, preferably in restaurants, retail, or industrial settings.
