Kyo is hiring full-time Program Supervisors to deliver play-based, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism and to train, mentor, and coach Behavior Therapists and caregivers. The role collaborates with a BCBA on assessments, treatment planning, goal development, and client documentation, with 50% of hours allocated to supervision duties. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, ABA experience, weekday availability, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass background checks and perform physically demanding therapy work. The position offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, direct-therapy pay of $27.50 per hour, supervision pay of $31.50 per hour, and benefits for staff working 30+ hours per week.
