Description
Kyo is hiring full-time Program Supervisors to deliver play-based, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism and to train, mentor, and coach Behavior Therapists and caregivers. The role collaborates with a BCBA on assessments, treatment planning, goal development, and client documentation, with 50% of hours allocated to supervision duties. The position pays $27.00 per hour for direct therapy and $31.00 per hour for supervision duties, offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance, and provides medical, vision, dental, life insurance, mileage reimbursement, referral bonuses, 401k, and EAP benefits. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree, LABA certification, ABA experience, weekday availability, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check.
