Visionworks is hiring a full-time Licensed Assistant Manager to lead a store in the absence of the General Manager, supervise associates, support patient and customer experience, coordinate appointments and eyewear services, coach staff, and help achieve financial and sales goals. The role requires a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience, 1–5 years of supervisory experience, and a state optician license. Compensation is $23.97–$33.56 per hour, with medical and dental benefits for full-time employees.
