The Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) Recruiter is a specialized human resources professional responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring Licensed Behavior Analysts, supporting their New York licensure and BCBA-to-LBA accreditation pathway, facilitating Medicaid provider enrollment, maintaining credential and HRIS records, and ensuring compliance with ABA service-delivery requirements. The role reports to the HR Director and requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of recruiting, credentialing, provider enrollment, or HR operations experience, HRIS administration experience, and familiarity with New York LBA licensure requirements. The position offers remote work from home or any location of the employee's choice.
