Rogers Group, Inc. is hiring a full-time, day-shift Blaster for its Gallatin Quarry and Underground Mine in Gallatin, Tennessee. The role handles daily loading, transportation, storage, and security of blasting operations, maintains explosive-material reports, and assists with drilling, shot layout, timing, and fragmentation analysis. Applicants need an Underground Blaster Handler's Card, alcohol, tobacco, and firearms compliance, a safe work record, and at least two years of blasting experience in a quarry or mining environment; underground mining experience is preferred. The position pays $35.00 per hour or more based on experience, with overtime available and medical and retirement benefits.
