Rockingham County is hiring a full-time Licensed Care Partner to provide person-centered, preventative, restorative, and hands-on care to residents in a nursing home or assisted living community. The role involves building relationships with residents and families, supporting independent living, assisting with meals, laundry, showering, vital signs, and other wellness needs, documenting changes, and following safety and infection-control procedures. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, two years of related healthcare experience or training, an LNA license, and CPR/BLS certification; the position offers a $1,500 sign-on bonus and shift differentials of $2.75 per hour for the second shift and $3.50 per hour for the third shift.
