Description
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides mental health and substance abuse case management, counseling, diagnosis, treatment planning, psychotherapy, advocacy, and referrals to patients and families. The role reports to the Chief Medical Officer, requires a master’s or doctoral social work degree plus at least two years of supervised clinical social work experience, current BLS certification, computer knowledge, and criminal background clearance, and follows a Monday–Thursday 8 a.m.–6 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m.–12 p.m. schedule with occasional off-hours or off-days work.
