Description
Headlight is hiring a W-2 clinician to establish rapport with patients, diagnose and treat mental health disorders, create individualized treatment plans, provide regular counseling, assess progress, involve families when appropriate, and plan outreach and referrals. The role requires at least 12 months of clinical experience after full licensure, a master’s-level degree or higher, and an active unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or Psychologist license. The position offers medical, dental, and vision coverage, a base salary of $90,000 plus a monthly billed-hour bonus, work-from-home or hybrid options, and other benefits.
