Oshi Health is hiring a fully licensed LCSW to provide GI-focused behavioral health services to adult patients in a digital integrated healthcare environment. The role delivers evidence-based interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy, relaxation strategies, motivational interviewing, acceptance and commitment therapy, psychoeducation, and gut-directed hypnotherapy; completes biopsychosocial assessments; maintains electronic health records; and collaborates with physicians, dietitians, and other care providers. The position is full-time, remote-first within New York or Massachusetts, and requires an active LCSW license, a relevant master’s or doctoral degree, and at least three years of relevant behavioral health experience. Compensation is $85,000–$90,000 USD, with medical, dental, and vision coverage and other benefits.
