Benchmark Human Services is hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for its blended mobile crisis team in Gainesville, Georgia. The clinician will provide crisis assessments, dispatch responses, safety planning, involuntary commitment when applicable, referrals, follow-up, and documentation for individuals experiencing behavioral health crises. Clinicians must reside in Banks, Dawson, Forsyth, Hall, or Lumpkin counties, work a seven-days-on-seven-days-off schedule, and hold required licenses, CPR and First Aid certifications, a driver's license, auto insurance, and computer literacy. The role offers health, vision, dental, life, retirement, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and other benefits, with a salary of $65,500 to $80,000.
