Headlight is hiring a W-2 clinician to provide mental health counseling, diagnose and treat disorders, create individualized treatment plans, conduct progress assessments, involve families when appropriate, and coordinate outreach and referrals. The role requires a master’s-level degree, a full unencumbered California clinical license, at least 12 months of clinical experience after licensure, and EHR proficiency.
