Description
The Licensed Clinician will provide therapeutic mental health services to youth and families impacted by trauma and/or sexual exploitation, offering individual, family, and group therapy, crisis intervention, and parent education. This role involves conducting psychosocial assessments, developing treatment plans, providing diagnoses, and documenting clinical notes. The clinician will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners, maintain case documentation, and stay informed on best practices in trauma-informed care. Mandatory training in modalities like TF-CBT, EMDR, PCIT, NMT, and sand play therapy is required within the first year. The position requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, cultural sensitivity, and a commitment to professional development, including working at least one evening shift per week.
