The Resident Hair Specialist provides consultations, haircuts, styling, chemical treatments, and related services to senior residents in a safe, welcoming salon environment. The role requires a current cosmetology license and at least three years of licensed cosmetology experience, with experience working with senior clientele preferred. Duties include gentle resident care, age-appropriate hair education, sanitation compliance, and building professional relationships. The position offers 50% commission-based pay and no nights or weekends.
