Description
The Customs Broker Manager oversees import and export compliance, customs documentation, tariff and duty payments, shipment routing, customer guidance, regulatory issues, and sales-related customs services. The role may supervise direct reports, coordinate with sales and operations, resolve customs problems, and manage the office when the manager is absent. It is a remote position supporting the Boston team on a Monday-through-Friday schedule, requires a licensed customs broker and at least five years of licensed customs broker experience, and offers a salary of $55,000 to $75,000.
