Unity Health Care is hiring a full-time Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist/Registered Dietitian to support its Food Pharmacy Program in Washington, DC. The role assesses senior patients’ nutritional needs, identifies health and nutrition risks, provides individualized and group nutrition education, develops care plans, offers counseling and follow-up, coordinates with multidisciplinary health-care teams, connects patients with food and social resources, and documents and reports on patient progress. The position requires an LD/LDN credential, current or active District of Columbia licensure, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and clinical experience; a master’s degree and RD credential are preferred.
