Description
The Mental Health Counselor provides clinical services in an OMH-licensed outpatient mental health clinic or CCBHC location, including evaluations, treatment planning, individual, group, family, and crisis interventions, care coordination, documentation, and participation in clinical meetings and supervision. The role requires a master’s degree in counseling, creative arts, or social work, a New York State mental health counseling license, and at least one year of relevant clinical experience. The schedule is hybrid, with three office days and two remote days, or fully remote, and includes late-afternoon weekday and weekend telehealth hours.
