Description
InHome Therapy is hiring a licensed home-care Physical Therapist to provide in-home physical therapy to adult and geriatric patients in and around Chinatown. The role includes evaluating mobility, strength, and function; developing individualized treatment goals; implementing rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs; educating patients and families; and maintaining accurate home-health documentation. The position offers a flexible schedule, consistent caseload, paid training and mentorship, mileage reimbursement, and per-visit compensation of $65–$85. Applicants must hold an active physical therapy license in good standing, BLS CPR certification, reliable transportation, and basic technology comfort.
