InHome Therapy is hiring full-time and part-time licensed Physical Therapists to provide in-home physical therapy to adult and geriatric patients in Clinton County. Responsibilities include evaluating mobility, strength, and function; developing individualized treatment goals; implementing rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs; educating patients and families; and maintaining home health documentation. The role offers flexible scheduling, consistent caseloads, mileage reimbursement, paid training and mentorship, and medical, dental, and vision insurance. Compensation is paid per visit, with evaluation visit rates ranging from $65 to $75, and benefits eligibility varies by employment status and weekly hours.
