InHome Therapy is hiring a licensed home-care Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-home speech therapy to adult and geriatric patients in and around Sarasota. The role includes evaluating communication, cognition, and swallowing; developing individualized treatment goals; implementing rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs; educating patients and families; and maintaining home health documentation. The position offers a flexible schedule, consistent caseload, paid training and mentorship, mileage reimbursement, and a tablet with a data plan. Compensation is paid per visit, with evaluation visit rates ranging from $75 to $90, and benefits eligibility varies by employment status and weekly hours worked.
