InHome Therapy is hiring a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-home speech therapy to adult and geriatric patients in and around Chicago. The role includes evaluating communication, cognition, and swallowing; developing individualized treatment goals; implementing rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs; educating patients and families; and maintaining home-health documentation. The position offers a flexible schedule, consistent caseload, mileage reimbursement, paid training and mentorship, and medical, dental, and vision insurance. Compensation is paid per visit, with evaluation visit rates ranging from $70 to $85, and benefits eligibility varies by employment status and weekly hours worked.
