Description
Walmart is hiring an experienced Licensed Facilities Maintenance Operations Manager to lead predictive and preventative maintenance across multiple regional locations. The role oversees HVAC/R and general building maintenance, develops and coaches maintenance technicians, partners with store managers and facilities leadership, coordinates vendors and contractors, and maintains compliance with licensing, permits, inspections, and mechanical and building codes. The position requires an active HVAC/R Mechanical Contractor license, EPA certification, and 3–5 years of relevant experience, with approximately 50% or more travel within the local region.
