TTEC is hiring an Internal College of Insurance customer care representative / licensed insurance sales role that supports customers with coverage questions, product recommendations, customer service, and sales. The position is a remote opportunity available only to current residents of specified U.S. states, requires a high school diploma or equivalent, computer experience, strong customer service skills, and willingness to complete state licensing requirements. TTEC provides a fully funded licensing course, covers exam and renewal fees, and notes that once licensed the base pay increases to $21 per hour plus performance-based bonuses.
