Allstate is hiring a full-time Insurance Sales Representative to work from home in a call-center environment, handling inbound and outbound customer calls, live chat, and SMS; identifying customer needs; recommending insurance products; and converting warm leads into customers. The role pays $18 per hour in base pay, with average total compensation of $52,730–$76,480 per year including uncapped performance-based incentives, and offers health, dental, vision, retirement, tuition, wellness, training, and home-office benefits. Applicants need at least one year of sales or customer-service experience, a high school diploma or GED, reliable wired internet, a dedicated home workspace, and the ability to obtain and maintain required insurance producer licenses; the position is available only within the United States and excludes several states and Puerto Rico.
