Bathhouse is hiring New York State-licensed Licensed Massage Therapists to deliver hands-on bodywork in a wellness-focused social bathhouse environment. The role involves weekend and weekday 6-hour shifts, night and weekend availability, and uses modalities such as neuromuscular therapy, Thai massage, Shiatsu, myofascial release, sports massage, rehabilitative massage, and blended improvisational/protocol bodywork. Compensation is hourly with commission and tips, with a stated average blended rate of $51 per hour, plus paid training, health insurance eligibility for full-time workers at 20 hours, and employee perks including free admission and discounts.
