Bathhouse is hiring a Licensed Massage Therapist to provide professional, personalized bodywork treatments in a spa and wellness environment. The role includes preparing treatment areas, educating guests, maintaining accurate confidential records, coordinating with front desk and therapy attendants, following sanitation and safety standards, and participating in ongoing training. Candidates need a current and valid massage therapy license in Pennsylvania or an equivalent state, strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and massage modalities, and the ability to work with ten-minute turnaround times. Compensation is commission-based at approximately 25% of the service price, with medical, vision, and dental insurance available to full-time employees.
