Third Space Therapy is hiring Associate Therapists to provide Medicaid-covered behavioral healthcare through telehealth. The role offers flexible hours, administrative support for billing and credentialing, a referral network, supervision support, and payment per session. Candidates must hold a Missouri LMSW license, a master’s degree in social work, at least six months of hands-on therapy or assessment experience, malpractice coverage, EHR and digital-tool comfort, a HIPAA-compliant home office, and English fluency; Spanish proficiency and additional languages are preferred. The position requires knowledge of mental health diagnoses, treatment planning, collaboration, and thorough assessments.
