Description
The Licensed Mechanical Project Engineer designs, analyzes, coordinates, and documents mechanical building systems for commercial, retail, industrial, institutional, multifamily, and mixed-use projects. The role performs HVAC and plumbing engineering calculations, prepares construction documents, coordinates with multidisciplinary project teams, supports construction administration, ensures code and quality compliance, and provides technical guidance to junior engineers. It requires a mechanical engineering degree, an active Professional Engineer license, at least eight years of building-systems design experience, and proficiency with Revit and engineering analysis software.
