Daybreak Health is hiring fully licensed California mental health clinicians to provide evidence-based individual teletherapy to adolescents and adults ages 11–60 with mild-to-moderate mental health conditions, including psychoeducation for parents or caregivers. The role is fully remote, offers flexible scheduling, includes paid assessments and no-show coverage, and pays $75–$90 per session based on caseload volume, with a $5 bilingual session differential and a $340 onboarding stipend. Clinicians must hold an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP credential in California, have experience with youth and adults in clinical or school settings, and be comfortable providing telehealth services.
