Senior Care Therapy is hiring full-time Licensed Mental Health Counselors to provide in-person psychotherapy to geriatric residents in subacute or skilled nursing facilities across New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Maryland. The role includes individual and group therapy, assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, interdisciplinary collaboration, and clinical documentation. Full-time opportunities offer 32- or 40-hour work weeks, a salary range of $56,000-$90,000, a sign-on bonus of up to $6,000, and medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, and other benefits.
